Started his career as a systems accountant at Umbrella.co.uk streamlining accounting software and processes to later become one of the first employees at My Digital. The accounting web technology champion with over 9 years of experience under his belt. Dan leads the development of the entire My Digital suite of products. He took over as a CEO in September 2024 to take My Digital into a new exciting chapter of growth and innovation.

Murugan has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, He joined My Digital as a Developer/Team Lead and has ascended to the role of the CEO – India. His journey spans various geographies and roles within the company, leveraging diverse technologies along the way. His innate ability to connect with people and unite them toward common goals has shaped him into a formidable leader and a consummate professional.

Worked in software sales for over a decade in several industries including accountancy, construction and corporate finance. Sold into multiple businesses around the world as part of leading a sales team as the business expanded into Europe and US.

A seasoned software architect turned CTO with over 20 years of experience, Jahith has been instrumental in developing software that delights our customers for several years. His extensive knowledge spans various technologies and roles and he truly excels at conceptualizing business needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions. His proficiency in implementing cybersecurity, cloud security, and internal network security has ensured robust protection for all of our digital assets.

Rob spent the first 8 years of his career working in the Umbrella industry. Frustrated with poor industry software, Rob made the switch to My Digital in 2021 and has never looked back! Rob champions payroll automation in the Umbrella industry to make payrollers lives easier and ensuring workers get paid on time, every time.

Paul has over 18 years of experience in senior positions at leading umbrella payroll companies, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. In the past two years, he has applied his expertise to establish and manage My Digital’s outstanding customer support team.

Dave is an experienced Senior Finance professional, qualified with ACCA for over 20 years he brings a wealth of commercial knowledge. Previously he has been the Finance Director for Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club.
David Tully
Chief Financial Officer
A software professional who has a rich experience in creating scalable teams, he joined as Employee Number 1 and built and managed the India based software team from 2015 to 2024.
Varda Srinivasan
Director
An accountant turned software developer, he has been a specialist in the taxation of temporary workers for the last 2 decades and is the co-founder of My Digital.

A doyen of the software industry. He has built several start ups and is co-founder of My Digital.
Ravan Boddu
Director
Ged is a private equity veteran and co-founder of a private investment firm since 2021. He joined the My Digital Board as Chairman in 2024.
